Corner house. Mid/late C17. Ashlar with rendered gables, Cotswold
stone slate roof, large stone stacks. Square with large cross
gabled roof. Facade to Church Street has 2-storey ashlar porch
with tall parapet, and corner is filled in with single storey shop,
probably of C19. First floor has three 18-pane sashes with thick
glazing bars, originally having had 5 with centre one blocked on
Long Street facade and left hand blocked to Church Street, with
beaded stone jambs and continuous dripmould. Both gables have
ranges of windows, possibly a former weaving shed. Roofline is
built up at the corner. Ground floor shop front to Long Street.
Porch to Church Street has C19 half-glazed door with 2 flush
panels, and narrow 4-pane sash over.
