12/251 Stone stile and attached wall
about 5.5m long, adjoining on east
of wall of Quenington House

GV II

Stone stile and adjoining wall. Early/mid C19. Single upright
stone slab with steps made to each side on back and front in
coursed stone, and lower central step on street side. Adjoining
coursed rubble stone wall, partly of drystone construction with
vertical top stones under C20 cement coping, with dressed stone
quoins to left. Wall runs for about 1.5m to left of stile and
returns to meet perimeter wall of Quenington House (q.v.), and for
about 4m to right.
