Small detached entrance lodge. c1911 by Sir E. Guy Dawber for J.Reade. Cotswold Queen Anne style. Coursed rubble stone with hipped stone slate roof with wooden eaves modillions and stone stack. Square, single storey and attic. Gable dormer to each side with swept down sides and small pediment and paired 6-pane casements. Front has two paired 8-pane casements with relieving arches flanking central recessed half-glazed door with panelled reveal and moulded wooden pedimental hood on brackets.
