SP 00 SW AMPNEY CRUCIS WIGGOLD

Detached house. Early C18, restored late C20. Coursed rubble
stone on dressed stone plinth with chamfered alternating quoins,
stone slate roof, stone end stacks. 'T'-shape range with C20
glazed room in rear angle to left, and rebuilt porch forming
catslide from main range in rear angle to right. Front range of 2
storeys and attic, rear stem of 'T' of 2 storeys. Four windows,
12-pane sashes in quoin surrounds with concrete lintels, same on
ground floor, four gabled dormers with 2-light windows and tile-
hung gables. On all levels, gap between windows 3 and 4 from left
is slightly wider. Rear wing has mainly C20 fenestration,
casements and triple sashes. Small wing to right of single storey
and attic, beyond porch which has 4 half-round attached wooden
columns.
