Large detached house, formerly a farmhouse. Partly late C17, main
range of mid C18. Coursed and dressed stone, slightly swept stone
slate roof, brick end stacks to main range. Large single main
range of 2 storeys with earlier and lower 'L'-shape wing to left.
Main range has central projecting section. Three windows, 2-light
stone mullion and transoms with leaded casements. Small C20 single
light to right of central window. Two similar windows on ground
floor with central large gabled porch with half-glazed inner door.
'L'-shape range to left has one remaining 2-light stone mullion
window to left on ground floor, rest replaced casements.
Additional small C20 gabled porch at junction of 2 ranges.
