Late Cl8. Hammerdressed rubble. Modern pitched roof. Ashlar chimney. 2 storeys
and attics. 3 ranges of segment-headed casements witl Gothick glazing bars (including
1 French window). 3 attic dormers with iron casements, 2 with lead glazing bars.
All the listed buildings in Church Place form a group, together with Rose Cottage,
Church Cottage, the raised pavement.and the retaining wall to the Chumhyard in
Walkley Hill.
