Detached cottage. Late C17-mid C18. Limestone rubble; stone slate roofing at front; concrete tile to rear; stacks (restored C20) limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins. Rectangular plan with small extension to the left gable end. Flat-roofed C20 extension to rear not of special interest. 1 1/2 storeys with single-storey extension. Two-windowed facade with two gablets. Three-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casement lower right; single-light wooden casement far left; two-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements to each gablet. All the stone-mullioned casements have stopped hoods. Central C20 plank door with timber lintel. Three- light stone-mullioned casement with relieving arch to the left gable end. Gable-end stacks.
