Detached cottage. C18 with later extensions. Limestone rubble
with dressed stone quoins; concrete block porch; stone slate roof;
slate roof to lean-to; coursed squared and dressed limestone stack.
Rectangular plan (facing away from road) with later extensions to
the north-east gable. Two storeys with successive single-storey
extensions. Symmetrical, 2-windowed garden front lit by 2-light
double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements; one 2-light wooden
casement lower right; central C19 plank door within a flat-
chamfered dressed stone surround within a C20 gabled porch.
Roadside front: double-chamfered 2-light stone-mullioned casement
to the ground floor; single light double-chamfered stone-mullioned
casement with leaded panes to the first floor. Four-pane window
with a concrete lintel to the lean-to. Gable-end stack.
