GV II
Detached house. Mid C19. Orange-coloured coursed squared and
dressed limestone with cream-coloured dressed stone quoins. Stone
slate roof, some concrete tile at the rear. Ashlar stacks.
Rectangular plan with two contemporary extensions at right angles
at the rear. Symmetrical, 3-windowed facade lit by 12-pane sashes
with horns. All the windows have dressed stone surrounds with
alternating horizontal and vertical quoins, those on the ground
floor have keystones in addition. Central C19 six-panelled door
with rectangular hall light above within a dressed stone surround
with small keystone. Gable-end and axial stacks with moulded
cappings. Interior not inspected.
