Cottage in row. C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone.
Stone slate roof. Rectangular plan with small flat-roofed
extension to the right gable end. Two storeys and attic, lit by a
single 2-light C20 rendered eaves dormer with metal casement. Two
2-light metal casements to the first floor. One 4-light metal
casement to the ground floor. All windows with glazing bars. C20
part-glazed door with glazing bars left of the latter with a flat
stone canopy with a moulded margin, supported on moulded stone
corbels. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
