House in row. C17, present facade dated 1831 on keystone to semi-
circular arch over front door. Roughly coursed limestone rubble,
facade coursed squared and dressed limestone, ashlar stacks, stone
slate roof. Rectangular plan with through passage, almost
symmetrical. Two-storey, 2-windowed facade lit by C20 twelve-pane
sashes. C20 six-panel door with fanlight off-centre right. Two 3-
light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements and a 12-pane sash
at rear. C19 part-glazed door with coloured marginal glazing
within flat-chamfered surround right of the latter. Decorative
wrought iron porch with semi-circular metal canopy. Attic lit by 2-
light roof dormers at rear. Gable-end stacks. Interior not
inspected.
