FRAMPTON-ON-SEVERN THE STREET SO 7407-7507 (west side) 10/155 Church Farm House GV II Detached corner house. Early/mid C18. Painted brick on moulded brick plinth, tile roof hipped to corner and right hand end, double flued brick ridge stack on front range and similar on gable end turning corner into Whittles Lane. L-shape main range of 2 storeys and attic, dropping to 2 storeys and then to one along Whittles Lane. Elevation to The Street has 6 windows (two blocked) the four unevenly spaced 2-light wood mullion and transoms with lower casements and brick voussoirs, on each floor. Two- brick string between floors and may have had dentil eaves course now flattened into wide band. Two skylights. Right hand elevation along Whittles Lane has one similar 3-light to far right on both floors and plank door with horizontal batten under hipped porch hood. Rear wing has 2 similar 2-light on first floor with original leading. Some front windows have internal iron bars. Interior contains fine panelled room in corner on ground floor, large timber bressumer fireplace in entrance hall.
