II
Two houses in row. Mid Cl7; early C18 addition. Random rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two 2-storey with attic houses stepping down hill. South west side: lower house has scattered fenestration. Central doorway with deep stone lintel and chamfered opening. Single-light left, 3-light right, both recessed chamfered mullioned casements with continuous hoodmould. Off- centre 2-light upper floor casement with hoodmould. Single-window fenestration to upper house, 3-light to ground floor, 2-light above, both chamfered mullioned casements. Doorway to left with concrete lintel and plank door. Gable end chimneys to upper house, both having chamfered caps. Parapet gabled end to lower house. Single-light off-centre attic casement to south east end. North east side: single-window fenestration to lower house, both 2-light casements with hoodmoulds. Central 3-light chamfered mullioned ground floor casement to upper house; later off-centre 2-light above. Doorway to right with rendered lintel and plank door. Interior not inspected.
