SU 75 NW MATTINGLEY HAZELEY

4/25 Yew Tree Cottage

C16, C18. 2 bay hall with cross wing, with front clad in brickwork. 2
storeys, 3 windows. Red tile roof, a massive chimney stack at the south
end, tapering upwards by weathered steps. Frame exposed at rear, south
gable, and upper part of north (probably jettied and once gabled); infill
and other walling of red brickwork, cambered ground-floor openings. Modern
casements and plain door. Recent rear extensions.
