C18. small 2 storeyed house, with a single-storeyed northern extension
from the west side. Near symmetrical facade (south) with a central Venetian
window to the 1st floor, and on the ground-floor a window on each side
of the entrance. Hipped red tile roof. Red brick walling in Flemish bond,
rubbed flat arches, 1st floor band, plinth; large tapered stack attached
at rear. The Venetian window has a pediment above, with moulded cornice
returned at eaves level above the side lights; ground-floor has sashes
in exposed frames, other windows are small 2-light casements, at the rear
a landing window of 5 square-headed lights with arched centre light. Plain
door, small canopy on brackets. - -
