C17, C18, & modern. Long 2-storeyed building, now with 10 upper windows evenly
spaced on the south face. Steep old tiled roof, hipped at the west end and
gabled at the east next to a massive chimney breast. The north elevation has an
exposed timber frame, with several panels filled with herring-bone brickwork
(mainly to the 1st floor). Red brick walling (Flemish bond) and infill to frame,
stepped plinth. Modernised, with casements. One canopied door and a wider
entrance (farmhouse) with a tile-hung gable on brackets. Interior shows some of
the arch bracing to the heavy frames, but is otherwise modern.
