Mid C19. Within the former enclosure of the Elms, and set back in association with a
flint boundary wall, reinforced with brick bands and verticals. Symmetrical front
(west) of one storey, 2 windows. Pantile roof with decorative eaves board continued
at ends as barge boards. Walling in blue header, with flush red quoins merging with
plinth, rubbed flat arches, arch to central entrance; end walls of red and blue
bands. Sashes. Decorative fanlight above 5-panelled door.
