Cottage. C16 extended C18 and C20. Timber-frame with painted brick encasing
and additions, thatched roof. 2 bay, 1 1/2 storey cottage with C18 2 storey cross-
wing added to one end, and C20 addition to rear of this and 1 bay of original,
C20 bay added to other end. Front has early C20 plank door in L C16 bay with
2-light segmental-head leaded casement beside, and in each bay, and a single
light similar in R C16 bay. To L C18 cross-wing bay has plinth and cellar with
blocked light above 2-light leaded casement. C16 bays have 2-light leaded casement
in eyebrow dormer. Roof half-hipped to R with ridgepiece and hipped to crosswing.
Stacks each end of C16 building, though that to L capped off in roof space.
