Residential terrace, converted from a granary. C18. Timber frame on a broken
base, bricknogging and a tile roof. 2 storeys and cellar on lower ground
floor, 4 windows. Large hipped tile roof above an exposed frame of 8 bays,
with painted brick infilling. Regularly-spaced small coupled casements. Plain
doors. At the rear, the lower ground floor is exposed, with brick walling:
Nos 2 & 4 has a wooden balcony to the middle floor, Nos 6 & 8 is slate-hung.
On the front there is a brick incised FW 1765 (Whitear-miller).
