House (formerly Cricketers Arms PH), converted into two dwellings. C17, C18. Painted brickwork, with a tile roof. 2-storeyed building of several parts, the old core being timber- framed, with additions on the east side. On the south elevation, of 1.4.1 windows, the join
between the 2 parts is marked by a projecting 2-storeyed wing, ending in an angular bay, with 1.2.1 sashes to each floor, separated bya boarded apron: the west side has slate-hanging to the upper floor, a tile-roofed open porch, sashes and a half-glazed door in a solid frame: the taller east side has coupled sashes under cambered arches and a similar plain door. Single- storeyed rear extensions shelter to rear wall of the old block, which has exposed framing, bricknogged. Tile roofing at different levels, half-hipped above the old block, with brick dentil eaves in part.
