C17, slightly altered C18. 2-storey garden front, red brick with stone
quoins and string at 1st floor level. Old tile roof, 6 windows. Mullioned
and transomed frames lead casements. Central door, with central plaster
panel over in raised brick surround. Large square brick chimney at South
end. The windows have rubbed heads and keystones. The chimneys are C17.
Entrance Front, two tile-hung gables over brick ground floor with roof
sloping down between and large central stone chimney with tall octagonal
shafts and moulded caps, C19 addition. Cottage: C18 2 storey cottage,
red brick with hipped old tile roof at South end. Very large stone stack.

Abbots Barton Farmhouse with cottage adjoining and the Dovecote form a
group.
