Cottage. C17 timber frame with late C18 cladding of the front, and early C19
cross-wing at the west side, C20 restoration. Front wall of brickwork in Flemish
Garden Wall bond, plinth: at the west side there is flint walling with brick
quoins and bands (extending round the west wing), other walling with exposed
framework with brick (some plaster) infill. Hipped and half-hipped tile roof,
sloping roofs to dormers. South front elevation of two storeys and one storey and
attic, 1.2 windows above 1.3 windows. C20 casements with rounded heads. Boarded
door in a plain frame.
