Cottage. C18, altered early C20 by G H Kitchin. Flint with brick
dressings and additions, old plain tile roof. 1½ storeys, 4 bays with
outshot at left end. Door in brick porch under large hipped roof supported
on wooden columns, by Kitchin. 2-light leaded casements with segmental
heads each side and in left bay french windows and canted flat-roofed bay
window with door in outshot. Right of porch small canted flat-roofed bay
and in added right bay 2-light leaded casement with segmental head. On 1st
floor 4 tall 2-light leaded casements in hipped dormers. Roof half-hipped
to right and hipped and swept-down to left. Stacks in front of ridge above
porch and at right end of original building.
