Cottage and attached shop. C17 with late C18 additions. Timber-frame with
plaster infill, partly encased, and extended in rubble flint and brick, old
plain tile roof. 3 bay timber-frame with right bay encased and bay aided to
it C18. C20 planked oak door in flat hood with beside on right 2-light camber
headed casement and at right end C20 3-light casement C19 canted hip-roofed
bay to left with 2-light casement beyond. Above 3 left bays 3 2-light case-
ments with heads in eyebrows. All windows leaded. Roof hipped to right with
stack at end of ridge and stack between exposed timber bays. C19 shop to left
with glass and timber front of central door with fanlight above, shop windows
each side and blind in box over.
