19-1-67 Hayes Farmhouse and
attached iron railing

House. Early C19. Red brick and render. Plain tile roof with
brick gable stacks. Two storeys. North elevation of three
symmetrical bays. Central round-arched doorway with recessed
moulded surround, panelled door and traceried fanlight. Flanked
on each side by glazing bar sashes. Three similar windows
above, the centre one narrower. Contemporary iron railings
attached to the front enclose a small front garden. Interior:
Open string stick baluster staircase with wreathed handrail.
