Early C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof with bracket eaves
cornice. 2 casements with Gothic glazing and hood moulding. Good doorcase
with elaborate Tudor detail, clustered columns, spandrels and crenellations.
Set back portion of 2 storeys to left. Similar to Kia-Ora, Plantation
Terrace (qv).
