A c.1825 remoulding of an earlier mill. 2 to 3 storeys roughcast stone with
plain door openings and wooden casements. Pantiled roof. Massive external
chimney stack. Large iron waterwheel at side. This is one of the few pre
C19 buildings in Dawlish.
