G.V. II
House, now 2 cottages. Late C17/early C18. Hammer-dressed
stone with slate roof. 2 bays and 2 storeys. Central door
(now blocked) has chamfered dressed surround. Later door to
left takes the place of a former window and another later
door to right has square-cut surround. 3-light double-
chamfered mullion window (with mullions removed) with
hoodmould. Two 3-light recessed flat-faced mullion windows
on first floor are of C18 date when the eaves were raised.
The left return has a 7-light double-chamfered mullion
window (2 mullions missing) with king mullions, a 2-light
window (with mullion missing) and a later first floor
window. Two 2-light windows to rear and later inserted
windows of C18.
