GV II

Linhay with cattle shelter below and tallet above. Circa late C18/early C19.
Granite rubble walls with monolithic granite piers on ground floor front.
Corrugated iron roof with gable ends.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical front; granite posts on ground floor at regular intervals
infilled by granite rubble walls. First floor open fronted with wooden posts
continuing above granite posts. Forms part of an important group of farm buildings
and early houses in a small moorland settlement on the fringe of Dartmoor.
