6/25 Ash house immediately west of
- Hedge Barton Farmhouse

Ash house. Possibly C18. Granite rubble with corbelled granite roof insider
covered with dry slate. Circular plan with loading hatch towards house reached by
steps and door on opposite side. Large single storey ash-house with conical roof.
Granite steps lead to high window which has granite lintel. Door on opposite side
also has granite lintel.
Interior: there is a slight shelf at the top of the walls and below the window is a
blocked opening possibly the original window.
