House. Early C19. Whitewashed and rendered, probably stone ; bitumen-painted slate
roof, gabled at ends with crested ridge tiles ; end stacks.
Plan: L plan: a single depth main block, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance into a
passage containing the stair ; rear right wing at right angles to the main block.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central C19 front door with
glazed panels and a lattice porch. 2-light C19 timber casement windows with small
panes, 2 to the ground floor 3 to the first floor with the central window slightly
smaller.
Interior: Not thoroughly inspected but retains some C19 joinery including a stick
baluster stair.
On a prominent corner site in the village.
