Cottage. C18 with C19 rear outshut. Colourwashed rendered cob and stone ; thatched
roof, hipped at left end, gabled at right end ; projecting end stacks.
Plan: Single depth 2 room plan main block with a larger room to the right ; entrance
to left of centre, facing straight stair. Most of the internal partitions are
modern.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front with eaves thatch eyebrowed over
the 3 first floor windows. C20 gabled thatched porch to left of centre. 3 first
floor 2-light timber casements with small panes, similar window ground floor left ; 2
windows to right of door, one 1-light, one 2-light casement, 6-panes per light.
Interior: Largely modernized. Forked crossbeam to ground floor right, open fireplace
with cut stone lintel.
Roof: Apex not inspected, principal rafters appear to be straight.
