Roughcast and stucco facade with modillion eaves cornice. 3 storeys and attic
dormers. 4 windows, sashes, some of 3 lights, generally with segmental arches
and late C19 glazing. Round arched door with moulded archivolt and plain semi-circular
fanlight. Red brick rear elevation. Included for group value.
