8.5.67 Nos 1 & 2 Lilac Place

Pair of semi-detached houses. Early C19. Plastered, right hand half roughcast.
Tiled roof with stone coping to gable ends and parapet. Two storeys and attic.
Four bays. Sash windows with glazing bars. Stringcourses, those on right hand
(No 1) have been demolished. Two round headed doorways at centre with semi-circular
traceried fanlights, No 1 (right hand) with fielded panel door, No 2 (left hand) has
modern door. Attic windows in gable ends.
