Hamberhayne Farmhouse

House. C17/18 roughcast stone house. Slate roof with stone coping to gable ends.
Two tall storeys and cellar. Four widely spaced window range. Left hand
projecting gabled wing with datestone in gable "1666" and another stone with
initials "EME" and "17??". Modern casement and bay windows in original openings
with keystones. Plain doorway to right hand of wing. Rendered brick ridge and end
stacks. Circa early C19 stone rubble wing at rear with external brick stairs to
loft door.
