C18 or later. 3 storeys, 2 dormers and cellar. Stucco with sprocketed
slate roof. Rusticated quoins. 2 storeyed splayed bay from 1st floor
level, terminating below eaves. 2 sash windows on right hand. Doorway
with elliptical hood, and rusticated surround with keyblock. Small centilever
bay on right hand of door. On Church Row side a similar door and 3-light
sash windows.

Nos 16 and 17 form a group, also No 16 together with St Marys's Cottage
St Marts Hall and House occupied b okell and Okell and Church Row
form a group.
