Lodge. Late C19. Brick with sandstone dressings, and applied timbering,
and tile roof. Two storeys. Has two gabled wings, one facing the drive
and one facing the road. Each has a 4-light chamfered stone mullioned
window on the ground floor. On the first floor each has applied close-
studding and a 5-light timber mullioned window. The bargeboards are carved
with vine scroll ornament. In the angle between the two wings, the main roof
is swept down over a porch. Part of this porch is open and is supported on
three oak Tuscan columns on stone pedestals. Chimneys at rear with clustered
shafts.
