Rock-faced sandstone ashlar, concrete, breeze blocks, brick cast-iron steel
cables and wood. Stone piers on each river bank carry a pair of braced
cyclindrical tapered columns with spiked ball-finials; from the columns are
suspended steel cables from which is hung a wooden board-walk; outward from
the columns the main cables are secured under ramped stone, concrete, breeze
block and brick approaches with cast-iron railings and gates some of the main
posts of which have ball-finials. Maker's plaque is on the south side of
the horizontal brace between the southern pair of main columns. The other
part of the bridge is in Sellack CP (qv).
