about 30 yards east of
- The Meadows

GV II


Barn. Probably late C18 or early C19. Timber-framed, weatherboards,
brick infill panels, tiled roof. Three bays aligned east/west. North
elevation has patterned ventilator holes in the painted brick infill.
South elevation is weatherboarded over the top two rows of four panels.
Central opposed entries. Both gables are weatherboarded, that to the
west part is masked by a brick extension, with a dentilled eaves cornice
to the south, probably a former stable. Interior: raking struts from ties
to principals. Picturesque effect from north-east.
