House. Probably C17, undergoing restoration March 1985. Timber-framed
with sandstone plinth, part brick, part wattle-and-daub infill, slate
roof. L-plan with present entrance to south side, further entrance to
east, large lateral stack and bread oven to west. Single storey and
attic to west, with falling ground level to east giving basement to
cross-wing; east front, gable end of wing to left with outshut to right,
blocked openings in gable and to first floor, ledged door to basement,
with further doorway and window opening to right in outshut. Framing
appears fairly complete with three square panels from sill to wall-plate,
continuous weatherings to east gable end at tie-beam and window lintel
levels. Interior inaccessible.
