Circa 1840. Grey gault brick. Two storeys and attic, six windows to group,
sashes, some glazing bars missing. Round-headed doorways four-panelled
doors with fanlights over. Parapet roof not visible but slate. Plain east-iron
spike railings with vases on the main stanchions. (RCHM 226).

All the listed buildings on the South Side of Jesus Lane form a group.
