Early C19. Yellow stock brick, stucco dressings. Square plan
main block with modern-dressed parapet. 3 storeys. 3
replacement, 2/2-pane sash windows, those of ground and 1st floor
in shallow recessed arches, round headed to ground floor,
segmental-headed to 1st floor. 4-panel double door with
segmental-headed, inverted radiating fan. Shallow pilasters with
groove pattern. Entablature with guttae drops and replacement
cornice. Rear elevation with half glazed door in surround of
reeded pilasters, paterae and grooved cornice. Similar smaller
door on left hand rear extension. Good cast iron curved front
railings. Mid-late C19 2-storey, 2-window extension on N with
ground floor triple-hung sash window.
