1879 - 80 by Philip Webb for his brother. Red brick. Large
plain tile roofs on T-plan. Tall chimney stacks with dentil
cornices. Parapet gable ends. 2 storeys and attics. Leaded
casement windows with metal frames. SE gable end has 2 narrow
sash windows set in segmental-headed relieving arches and a
ground floor square casement window bay with glazing bars, coved
cornice and tiled roof. SW side of projection has canted bay
windows with dentil cornice and hipped roof dormer. SW end has
segmental arch recess linked to side garden wall. Front brick
wall has stone parapet with circle motif. 2 large ball finials
flank garden entrance on SE side: (C. L. 23.7.1910, Pevsner
(1977) ).
