Early C16 timber-framed house, with early C17 timber frame, early C19 and modern
additions. Plastered, old red tile roof. T-plan, 2-storeys, 4 bay. North-west front
to lane with long sloping roof to ground floor and central 2-storey gabled bay with
early C19 horizontal sash windows. Modern gabled porch and C19 sash on south-west
projecting end. Various C19 sash windows on south-east side. Gabled east end has
horizontal sashes on both floors. Interior. South-east bay has early C17 timber
frame on both floors. Centre 2 bays with heavy floor beams and curved roof braces.
