- Four Wents Farmhouse
GV II

Farmhouse. C17 with C19 cladding and C20 extensions. Timber framed with red
brick ground floor to west and tile hung first floor; some weatherboarding to
north and east. Plain tiled roofs, hipped to south and half hipped to north
and east. L-shaped with small C17 block running north-south in angle of block.
WEST FRONT: 2 storeys with ridge stack to left of centre. Irregular fene-
stration of 2 windows on first floor and 3 on ground floor, 2 and 3-light large
wood framed lattice casements. Ribbed door to right of centre with C19 flat
hood on brackets over. Weatherboarded calving shed at left corner running back
across width of right hand side. C20 range to east.
