c16-l7 house of 2 storeys; ground floor, brick-faced; upper floor, plastered
and partly overhanging. Central carriageway reveals the timber construction.
Steep tiled roof, cross-gabled on the East. Some old brickwork in tall
chimney stack. 4 windows (three in upper storey are three-light leaded
casements; remainder, sashed in recent times).

Nos 1 to 17 (consec), Nos 19 to 32 (consec) and Nos 35 to 40 (consec)
form a group.
