House. C17, altered in C18, rear extension C20. Timber frame
with fan pargetting over stucco plinth. Old red tile roof. Low
pitched slated lean-to roof to rear extension returned across N
end. 2-storeys L-shaped house facing E. 3-unit lobby-entry,
central chimney plan house with large external rear lateral red
brick chimney to middle room and later rear fireplace to N end
room. Gabled rear wing at S end. 4 front windows to 1st floor
with door a third from S end. 2-light flush casement windows
with small panes (renewed). 4-panel flush beaded door in moulded
surround with frieze and cornice.
