stable at Dassels Bury
- (30m to N of Bury)

GV II

Barn and adjoining stable, barn now a house. Barn C17 or
earlier, early C18 stable. Barn timber framed on red brick sill,
weatherboarded with steep half-hipped old red tile roof. Frame
now exposed on S face to courtyard with red brick infill and C20
windows. A large single aisled barn facing S with aisle at N.
Small casement windows in weatherboarding on N and W gable to
road. Tall brick stable backing onto road extending S from W end
of S front of barn. Red and black chequer pattern brickwork and
steep old red tile roof. Front faces E into courtyard.
