GV II

House. Circa 1800. Timber frame roughcast with slate roof. Mid C19 white brick rear wing with slate roof. A symmetrical 2 storeys, 3 windows double-pile Regency house facing S. Panelled soffit to bracketed eaves-overhang. Lower 2 storeys short extension on E with arcaded recess. Slightly recessed sash windows to upper floor, 3/6 panes central, and triple sashes to each side. Central 6-panel part-glazed door in pilastered surround with panelled overdoor. Fronted by curved glass-roofed conservatory with fan-ended porch and half-glazed door with margin lights of blue glass. French windows each side. Pump on post at rear.
