Farm buildings. Later C18. Timber frames on red brick sills
with dark weatherboarding and slate roofs. The buildings form a
reversed F on plan with the granary attached to the end of the
lower cross-stroke, of stables. The upright is byres and
stables. The upper cross-stroke is a higher 5-bay barn with a
half-hipped roof, unjowled posts, long curved braces to the tie
beams and a queen-strut roof with one purlin to each slope.
Opposed large doorways in the middle bay. Round-headed pigeon
holes in 4 rows over S doorway to yard.
